Wow… just wow. I know this post is old but that guy’s comment pissed me off SO much I felt compelled to post this by some sort of extraordinarily powerful external force.
Goldeneye013, you’re a douche. “Buy a new [one] for yourselves instead of us having to donate money.” I really can’t believe you said that, you ungrateful asshole. The owner of this site is shelling out money from his own pocket so we can stream English dubbed anime for FREE without having to hunt down and download torrents. You don’t complain when you’re getting something for FREE, ESPECIALLY if you’re normally supposed to pay for it! Seriously, I can’t believe how anyone could be such a greedy, selfish, inconsiderate piece of crap.
And the next thing you said: “You obviously have the money to run this site, so i dont see why you can’t buy/upgrade the new servers yourself.” What kind of stupid first grader logic is that?? “Well you can obviously afford to pay $150 a month to run the site as it is, so why can’t you afford to pay $200?” I don’t even know what to say about this comment, it’s just so mind-bogglingly stupid. I’ve run a service before where I payed money out of pocket so my users could benefit and I’m just glad that they enjoyed it and were grateful. If ANYONE posted something like that it would’ve been an instant, permanent IP ban. If they don’t appreciate what they’re getting for free then they can get the hell out.
No one is FORCING you to pay money. You do not “HAVE” to donate anything. But since you’re freeloading off of this service the VERY LEAST you could do would be to not be a cunt about the owner asking for a little help with paying for it. Bandwidth, processing power, and server rental fees such as would be used for a site like this are NOT cheap. This guy is not using your average crappy $5 a month shared webhost. I don’t know why you feel entitled to using this service without having to even be ASKED to chip in.
And THEN you try to cover up your assholedness with a “oh I’m sorry if I’m being too rough.” You obviously are lacking a brain. Any sensible person would not have posted such a thoughtless remark as that in the first place.
I need to stop typing now before I just make myself even more angry. I apologize to anyone else who read this and for using such colorful language but god DAMN did this piss me off. Oh yeah, and I know it’s harsh, sorry if I’m being to rough.

Everything that you said is completely true. I agree with you. Especially the part where he has no brain. Sad to say, I think he was born without one. and after I read his comment, I was just about to say something like what you said till I read your comment, and saw he finally got what he deserved, though I probably would’ve much for colorful language for him =P Cause seriously, just cause someone is able to be able to pay for the site to run, doesn’t mean they can afford new servers cause if they did, then the would probably run great for a couple days and then end permanently cause they can’t pay for it anymore cause they used what they were payin’ to run this to buy new ones. So, donating, necessary, but, he has no common sense whatsoever or anything. and I did his last sentence rather odd, for most people, that would be true, apologizing and not actually be an asshole. but with him, I think he was just apologizing to hide that he really is one.
