Naruto Shippuden on Disney XD: Premiere Details
Naruto Shippuden will premiere on Disney XD on Wednesday October 28 at 8:30 p.m. with a two-hour special showing the first four Shippuden episodes.
After that, a new episode will premiere every Wednesday at 8:30 p.m. (7:30 p.m. Central time).

This will only be airing in the US but for those that do not reside in the US, no need to worry we will have the new episodes on here uncut before any place else as usual.
The next 4 episodes (9-12) of Naruto Shippuden uncut should be on here by next month. Also the 1st Naruto Shippuden movie will be released on DVD next month (November the 10th), make sure to go buy it and support the anime.

at first i was so mad that i didnt have disney xd and they were airing naruto shippuden, but hearing about all the crap theyre doing to the episodes (censoring blood seriously?) im glad i dont i would rather live in a world with no english dubbed naruto than a world where they allow crap like that on tv (i could always just read the manga and watch subbed episodes)

OMG. I just watched the first shippuden episode on disney XD, and I’m soo pissed off at how bad it is. I can’t force myself to watch it. That’s how bad it is. It’s really depressing that they’ve made it more suitable to younger kids, by editing the images and the writing. Any child watching it knows of life and of death, so why do they not have the characters say “kill,” instead it’s “destroy.” It’s so stupid. Also removing the shot of Sasuke pulling out his sword is really stupid. I’m sure that every person that watches tv has seen the theatrical trailer for the movie “Ninja Assassin.” Why do kids watch people kill one another with swords and guns, an yet seeing a sword be unsheathed is not allowed. In the end, it is the parents responsibility to monitor what they want their children to see. Don’t force editors to edit something that is really good and spoil it for the rest of us.

Ever watch Elfen Lied? That show is filled to the brim with nudity, and not just regular nudity. I think Dubhappy shows stuff in the most original form that they can. If you see any edits, it’s likely due to the company that produced the show itself doing it. An example would be Hallibel in the show Bleach. Her original design was dubbed the “queen of underboob”, but as far as I know her outfit was altered on all animated versions of Bleach.
On subject, though, I do think it was a bad move for the show to get tossed out on Disney XD, but then again, considering it’s better than nothing, I guess it’s acceptable. I won’t pay extra for the channel myself, though. I sorta kinda know a site that posts the unedited version of the show so I’ll just watch it there. (:

This is the worst ever. I mean this show is for at least 14+ because little kids wouldn’t even watch this show for the story but just for the fights. They wouldn’t get the meaning of a lot of episodes in the show.
Dude Bad enuff that Disney owns Marvel, but i consider it a huge insult that shippuden didnt transfer 2 adult swim. Well the screen goes white on the version here to which seems pretty uncut. But I noticed there was no blood too and I wanted to punch the tv.

I’m glad Naruto Shippuden is finally airing on TV again. And trust me guys, Disney XD did not ruin Naruto Shippuden that badly (at least the kept the opening). If you ask me, Disney XD’s version of Naruto Shippuden is not much different from the uncut version.
All the blood is gone. There’s one difference. So far, they’re not that different otherwise. That’s simply because there isn’t much to cut our yet. Wait and see what they’ll do for Sai and Hidan. If Konohamaru can’t say sexy jutsu and Jaraiya can’t be a pervy sage, those two will make Disney change a lot of things.
I thought the same thing, how are they going to do characters like Hidan? It would change his ENTIRE character if they didn’t allow him to shove spikes through him. And he needs blood for his ritual.

I agree totally, Which is why i prefer to come to the sites, because they dont give a crap about editing such words as that. English dub is wonderful, but i think for naruto shippuden there is an exception. The characters voices are MUCH better in japaneese. Naruto doesn’t sound like a girl with a sore throat. Plus, the emotion better captures you with the original voices of the characters.

oh where shoulld I start. I like Naruto Shippuden but the japanese verison is so much better. The english version is a piece of krap(sorry krap is a understatement). I just could not wait to post a reply on here. First Disney? Disney? Ok the english verison already sucks enough but now on Disney. I personally think and this is my own opinion. I think that Disney is trying to atract a higher age base and also still keep the same age base they always have. You fall into the same boat Jaleni. People are complaining about Disney XD because they don’t want anything to change about Naruto. They’re worried the show will be edited too much because its on a Disney channel. Its still being edited by Viz though, so it should at least be the same as when it was on CN.
I don’t know why you’re all freaking out over it being a Disney. it’s still owned by Viz so the voice actors and content are controlled by Viz media. If it was owned by 4kids, the anime would surely suck. Plus, Disney XD is aired specifically for male audiences, it doesn’t have a children’s program like Playhouse, so theirs no reason to censor too much. The major issue is that DXD is a satellite/ cable box channel so not everyone will get a chance to watch it.
Plus, it’s all CN’s fault. We need Toonami back.

i don’t get why everyone is so pissed about disney showing anime. they had a good response to studio ghibli films and now they are taking a stab at anime series. if anything everyone should be happy because if this goes good maybe they will start showing alot more anime. and the thing about adult swim, they can go fck themselves. cn doesn’t have any intrest in showing anime anymore so get over it. give disney a chance to screw up before blasting them because as far as i know they have never shown an anime series before. so you don’t have anything to base your bitching about. look disney and anime doesn’t sound right to me either but who knows maybe they have success and become major players in the televising of anime in the US, and that would be fine with me.
i have full confidence that the show will not change at all, maybe the ads on the bottom of the screen when you watch it but its the same company and same actors and same script. If they changed it million of nerds and fans alike would rally and disney would be in deep shit. and they know this.

So, I didn’t read very many comments but I did read that long one, and if people aren’t going to watch the Naruto on Disney XD no one will ever get to watch it again. The original naruto was canceled on cartoonnetwork because they were losing money through toonami, and if Disney XD doesn’t recieve enough viewers to prosper with the new show, guess what it will just be canceled as well. So, to all the Naruto fans just try to ignore the fact that it is now part of Disney XD, or praise it either way; if your a Naruto fan support the show so everyone can enjoy it and it doesn’t get canceled.

Canada always gets left out. If the show is in USA Canada can’t watch it but if the show is in CANADA all country watch it. Cartoon Network is just like Disney XD.You can watch YTV everywhere evin in USA
P.S you can watch cartoon network everywhere and if you are in Canada you and you get cable you only get it for 1 month.

actually, they wont censor out much. the episodes on here are going to be used for the episodes on Disney XD. The only thing they might change about episode 1 at the beggining is the use of the word “hell”, and change it to heck, that’s all really. so nothing to worry about!
