do the sand village council not realize that by concentrating on building up their borders (instead of trying to rescue their leader) in order to prevent a possible attack by their neighbors (which might not even happen) they are just inviting the attack? the neihgboring land will see what they’re doing, get curious and go scoop things out. the council is just using gaara’s abduction as an excuse to get rid of him (they even said so themselves), even though THEY were the ones responsible for gaara being what he is.

Why did the Akasuki need to despose of Kisame’s double’s body? That’s very interesting. As far as I know that has yet to be answered even up to the point where the manga is at.
Nice. Zetsu’s VA is so good. His white half’s voice isn’t as light as his Japanese counterpart, but it’s still noticeable, so that’s good enough for me. So far, all of the English Akatsuki VA’s have been pretty good.
