Maybe it’s just me and my sick and strange mind, but on the Megavideo link, from 18:09 to 19:26 something seemed wrong with that, Zero straddling her, her lying on the bed, eyes wide, thinking about him, him walking out.
Okayy !! This is like the most amazing show ! I hope itt ends happy cause i reallllyy like it ! and poor zero i feel so bad for him . he has to suffer threw all of this pain. But i love him ! Kaname is a …. DICK ! Idk .. theres something about him . i feel like hes gonna do something really terrible to yuki . like try and turn her into a vampire .. and zero saves her or something. thats just my predicion ! Butt i think zero and yuki are totally in love !

OMFG! I totally love zero! He’s sooooooooo smexy! I feel so bad for him that he’s something he hates although I reeaaaaalllly like him as a vampire. And DAMN! Kaname BITCH SLAPPED AIDO”S ASS!!!!! Personally I think he deserved it. And I seriosly can’t get the picture of Ed out of my mind when Zero talks. But to tell you the truth it’s kinda hot…I don’t know it just is. And I cried when I realized Zero was trying to kill himself. I would’ve bitch slapped him for that. He is SOOOOOOO not allowed to kill himself! WE WILL FIND A CURE!

Hmm, since I read this part in the manga, I think that the panel with Yuki shedding a tear with her visible bite as Kaname asks “Does it hurt?” was a bit over-dramatized… XD
The way Yuki tearfully hugged Zero from behind reminded me of Sakura doing the same thing with a cursed Sasuke from “Naruto”. ;.:

isnt zero tamaki? he plays the voice of Vic Mignogna and hes the same person whos tamaki therefore Vic Mignogna plays zero and tamaki so they’re the same am i right or am i right xD p.s. i looovee zero!!

Regarding the voice acting, after four episodes I’ve gotten used to Yuki’s voice. It no longer so annoying. I don’t think I’ll ever get used to the weirdness of Kaname’s voice. Akatsuki’s voice actor makes Akatsuki sexier than he already is. And Zero, Vic’s Zero just oozes sexyness; Just like Zero.
OMG…I Agree w/ you completely on Akatsukis voice!!!!!!!! EEEEE I fangirl squeeled the second i heard it!!! Its utterly perfect for him!!! And now he has completely risen up my fave anime dude list!!!!
Hahahaha shemale at end. Lolz i love kaname sexiness in a suit I rekon I rekon zeros voice woulda been a lil bit deeper in the english dubb but alwell its confusing coz I keep thinking he is all these other characters Vic plays. happy watching ^-^ lol.
btw some people are saying that vic’s voice should be sexier but personally i find that his voice is sexiest as tamaki, i absolutely melt whenever i hear it but i tink he is actually doing a pretty good job of keeping it sexy but the fact that his voice has to be so much deeper takes away from the sweet sexyness it had as tamaki but he’s doing excelent as zero! also aidou totally reminds me of tamaki, like character wise (wow clearly i watched like 5 episodes of ouran today right before i watched this LOL) but yea vic’s softer voice would have been great for aidou as well but im interested to hear moe of the dark and deep vic…. *_^

woaahhhhhhhh ok so i totally never realized that the voice of zero is tamaki!! like holy shit he sounds so much darker here and that like all i have to say is wow, i really like his voice as zero it suits his character well, but i cant at all connect his voice as zero to as when it is tamaki! i pretty much fell in love with tamamkis voice while watching ouran and i jus watch episodes over and over to here it cause its an eargasm!!! but wowwwwww man im just having a little inner freak out about this right now! the only time their similar is when hes making noises and that but still even then..!
Yet more fantastic work from Vic Mignogna, I think Zero is honestly the highlight of the show thus far. I’m starting to agree that Kaname’s voice is rather dull, on the other hand his entire character is rather dull to me :/ Hopefully it will draw me in more further in later episodes. The show as a whole gets a solid B+ so far though. It’s pretty difficult to get me into vampires these days, they seem to be in a decline in recent years, very overdone. This show manages to capture both the allure of vampires as well as the savage killers, simply separating them by ‘grade’ was a great idea.
In what way is separating them by “grade’ even a good idea? I mean this is Ok, for Anime, but the whole thing is a total rip off, and very un original. Anime has been overdoing vampires for a while now. They usually kind of miss the point. They just overdo the sexy girly guy angle. Please, this is fine, but its like a pg rated version for kids.

I love some of the English Dub voices! Vic is doing an amazing job as Zero and Cross Kaien’s voice is really good! And I’m starting to warm up to Yuuki’s voice ^^.
But I don’t think I like Kaname’s voice… it sounds too light for his character…
But I have watched the subbed version of this before this one so maybe it’s just me.
No, it’s not just you. Kaname’s voice doesn’t suit him. I watched the subbed episodes before also, so maybe it is just us, but I personally think that a voice acter, with a deeper voice, like Kirby Morrow, would suit him better. He needs a deeper, more mysterious voice to suit who he is.
Good:) I was beginning to wonder if it was just me. I really think Funimation could’ve done a heck of a better job for Kaname’s actor. No offense for the guy who plays him -_-
Dang, MegaVideo time limit cut me off right in the middle of this episode.. Kind of sad.. Had to wait an hour to watch the rest.
I really like Vic as Zero. I think Kaname-sama’s voice should be deeper, filled with more of the pain he feels because of his past and deeper. I also enjoy Cien Cross’s voice and Shiki’s. I like the subbed better though, because they get the punuctuation correct for all of the characters. I do like that i don’t have to read the words, but i’ve watched the subbed so many times that i know what their saying before they say it so it’s a bit weird to have different words than what was wrighten. so far so good.
I agree with hollystorm, I think Vic is really starting to get into the role; I don’t picture any of his other characters anymore. I bet I’ll think of Zero now when I start watching Brotherhood :P

Hmm after a few eps, the voices are growing on me.
I never watched the subs because I don’t like subs, but in the first ep I thought the voices were all wrong.
I still think Kaname’s voice should be more… idk mysterious, alluring, commanding. Hmm and Zero’s voice should be sexier even though vic is trying his best.

The japanese voices suit the characters much better than the english ones. Of course, this may be becuase I’ve watched that one before this XD
To me, Kaname’s voice just doesn’t seem to suit him. Yuuki sounds sort of annoying to me, and I haven’t heard enough of Zero to really say much (plus my megavideo time limit ran out so bleh XP). Personally, this is still a great anime and is really worth watching.
But, if you can stand to read english subs, watch that one instead. I think you’ll find that the character’s japanese voices are much more suited to their personalities:)
I really wasn’t feeling the dubbed version at frist. Now after a few episodes i can kinda get into it.
again as i suspected it would the quality of the dub has improved :D honestly you couldn’t expect it to be perfect the first episode… I still like zero’s voice better in the sub, but Vic does a helluva good job considering the smexyness he’s up against :D seriously. i know it’s getting better cause i’m not seeing vic or edward when i hear zero talking anymore XD Vic is working really hard to make this sound good, probably the hardest he’s had to work at voice acting in a while. Can’t wait to watch more :3
The sub version does match the characters voices better. Then there’s some animes where dub is better. Can’t always win, but this is still a good show none the less.

my cousin told me about this show, and when i saw it on Dub Happy, i said, eh why not, and im already in love with it! i think i’ll go watch some of the subbed episodes :-D

The voices are all wrong. Yuuki’s, zero’s, kaname’s. The guys should be dark, and hott etc. And hers is too..uh.

Ever since i saw a clip of it on youtube it has always got me wanting to watch it and i finaly have.. i love vampire knight its dromatic but has a nice story to it…
While this is probably some of Vic’s strongest voice acting in recent years, I still don’t really buy him as Zero. I think he would have been better suited as Aidou. Strong voice acting choices for the Chairman, and the Night Class, however.
I personally just can’t wait for them to release the Subtitled version of the show..

um…..u do know that the subtitled versions are always released about a year or maybe 2 before dubbed episodes, right? Subbed Episodes of Vampire Knight 1-13 and Vampire Knight: Guilty are already released. You kind of late…and that’s an understatement. Anyways, love the show!
