seriously, they should’ve shown the whole video instead of a part of it then stop it it’s so not cool
wow. vic is just plain awsome when it comes to voicing characters, but its hard to believe that he went from doing Tamaki from Ouran HSHC, to doing this.

im not really keen on the voices but there not to bad i prefer the japanese with subtitles personal. u get the orignal things they say english versions tend to change things plus i dont find it hard at all to read and watch ive been doing it 4 awhile so its really easy 4 me i get what their saying and can still focus on the show itself
i like dubbed more bc when ur watching VK in subbed all u focus on is the subs and very little of the show. and for english dubbed u can watch the show and listen to it at the same time. dub im in lov with. if u guys dnt like english dubbed then dnt bother watching the series in english watch it in subbed cuz the critisizm is getting annoying

Yup, the same voice actor does both Tamaki and Zero! It’s Vic Mignogna, you might also recognize him as Edward Elric from FMA, Spirit from Soul Eater, or Dark from D.N. Angel. C:
OK! Is it me or in episode 1 did Zero act like a Vampire?! I think he’s in love with Yuuki and doesn’t want to hurt her by biting her! Anyone argee?
OK me I never read the manga bt totally want to. So I don’t really know the characters like most of u do bt I think their voices are ok. Bt I have read enough manga and watched their dubbed tv animes to know that some ppl complain too much about the voices. If you dnt like them so much, then watch the stupid japanese version w/ the stupid subtitles that takes away from the video. Tht’s just my opinion anyways. oh nd I’m like totally in love w this!!!! <3

Actually, Aizen and Suzaku’s voice actors aren’t in this anime, but the rest were right. ;D I didn’t even notice Shiki and Toshiro had the same voice! Kaname’s voice is just a litte creepy, though, and I don’t like how they say his name…Vic as Zero is surprsingly good. Aido’s hysterical when he’s not so serious.

I must admit, The english dub wasnt what i was expecting. But its pretty nice, way better than it could have been.
I think that day class boy with the glasses’s voice actor is the same one who voices Uryu Ishida in Bleach o_O

Yes that’s Vic Mignogna who voices Ed in both FMA’s and several other characters that I really don’t feel like listing. This is okay, the Japanese version is better though, the Vampire’s sound more like Vampire’s in that one. Maybe that’s just because I saw the Japanese version around 2 years ago and I just started to watch this one because my friend (who watched first in Japanese) said this one was good too…

Its such a relief to hear it in English. I absolutely HATE Japanese voice actors because the females sound so squeeky, girly and breathlessly excited, and the male ones are far too gruff and masculine. I mean is that how people TALK in Japan? Messed up. I finally see why people like this. The voice actors are great. its just that kids tend to be ungrateful and whinny. Thats why so many complaints. They are doing a great job.
I wish people would just shut the hell up about the voices. That crap is so annoying… Just be grateful your able to watch this.
yuki looks a lot better with long hair..shes still pretty though..zero is pretty hot too :P

What are you all complain about???Im just glad that the dub came out….I like the sub but it too much having to look at the words all the time…im just happy that im able to enjoy the amime..so thanks to all the voice actors out there please continue to do a great job…dont mind the small details.

I’ve been following this since it was a manga. I honesty think that watching the subbed version for so long then watching this version, I’d rather watch the subbed. The dubbed is good but they could’ve done better for the voice actors of Kaname and Zero. Also, they need to say the names better. After watching it in japanese, I got used to their pronounciation of names, it’s very wierd hearing it in english. Other than that though it’s pretty good
I just don’t get it. Everyone always complains about dub voices. As if English speaking voice actors are the least talented people in the business… Just sounds elitist to me. Having heard both, the Japanese and the English voices I find no problem with either. Honestly that’s a bit strange as usually female Japanese voices tend to throw me off :/ Usually they are far too excited and just come off as annoying, a problem with many English voice actors as well. Just come to accept that there are great actors and crappy ones, regardless of what language they speak. There is a difference between talent and preference. For instance, I notice several people complaining about Zero’s voice actor. Easily the most talented actor in the dub, perhaps if he simply spoke Japanese (not a lot, just a little) he would be seen for his talents.. For those of you that noticed he was a strong choice, bravo, you aren’t blinded by your bias.
finaly someone recognizes what it really is supposed to be about,I mean sure the american voice actors my need a lil bit of work but that doesnt mean that they arent good, and I agree most japanese female voice actors seem a lil too hyper most of the time. sio thank you for finally saying this
I agree with you all the way. I like english more but japanese is just as good. I just feel that the english dub puts more how you say emotions into it that i understand. anywho thats all i wanted to say.
I agree, I mean it just sounds plain stupid to judge all dubs as bad. I mostly watch the dubs because my main language is English. I have watched some subs though and that that they were both good. I just enjoy the dubs more because I don’t have to constantly stare at words instead of what’s going on in the anime. So to sum it all up, dubs are good and subs are good :)

so far its ok i dont like shojo’s but this one is ok the only thing i dont like is that vic voices zero i thought johnny bosch was voicing him he suits him more other than thats is ok at least it has some funny bits if it didnt and i wouldnt of liked it

O.M.G. What have they done to Kaname, that guy’s voice doesnt suit him at all!! He sounds bored and boring!! His voice doesnt have the allure that Daisuke’s voice had in the Japanese version. And what about Yuuki’s voice??? Waaaa!!! I shall mourn!!!
I am FINALLY starting to get used to their voices. It’s nice that it’s in English now, but I def. prefer the original Japanese actors.

Japnese subs suck. First you have to sit the and read sub titles and try to understand a forign language. Qutie frankly I can’t tell the difference between Japanse female voices and Japanse male voices. Which is why I like English dubs because I can understand the anime. If you like subs so much why are you heare watching dubs? Or are you people just being nobs.
Vic did a great job playing Zero! Vic can practically play any badass(Dark) or goofy (edward) character and sound great!
I don’t like that they call Zero like the number insted off haveing the E sound like an A. Still good in dub even if subbed is better

When I first saw that this was dubbed I was like wow, finally but…
I think the japanese voices are much better suited for the characters, Iam pleased that they still kept to the sub story line and everything but I think the voices could have been better especially yuki’s, I know I havent seen many episodes yet in dub but this is one of my fav animes and I just think voices in the dub are not as gud.
i dont really care how their voices sound all i care about is understanding it who give a crap about how they sound its a lot better than reading it u understand more
k so all the voices are perfect, except for yuuki’s, zero’s and kaname’s. but after watching the first 4 episodes of the dub, u start to get used to them and liking them:) so overall, the voices are pretty good.
i love the dubbed its so grate I’m in a good mood thx to the new Vampire knight i love it <3 oh and Vic i think really dose a good voices for Zero <3
