Uryu’s dad already had his power evolve after he became an adult. He had the power just never wanted it or intended on using it. He only used it to teach his son a lesson. Uryu lost his because his power was fully developed yet.
Uryu (sp X_X) was one of my favorite characters but they’re kinda ruining him… >_>
